Our 2025 Pennies for Pure Water™ Fundraiser has ended—but the impact will last a lifetime!

This year, nearly 400 students at Beaufort Elementary School in South Carolina stepped up as global leaders, raising over $2,100 to provide clean water to children in Rwanda. 🚰✨But this campaign was more than just collecting pennies—it was an unforgettable cultural exchange.

💙 A Connection Across Continents

In Rwanda, children walk miles daily to fetch water that looks clear but isn’t safe to drink. Thanks to Beaufort Elementary’s efforts, families in rural Rwanda will soon have clean, life-saving drinking water.

To show their gratitude, the children in Rwanda created a special thank-you video—not just to say “Murakoze cyane” (thank you very much), but to share a day in their lives and connect with students across the world. This is where global learning begins. 🌍

HOW THIS WORKS

How This Works

Your change can create change! Each $50 raised provides a water filter that gives clean water to a family for 10 years.

Simple Steps:

Collect Spare Change: Students will use their bags we provide to collect coins
Weekly Progress: Teachers and counselors will count and track totals.
Celebrate: The winning class gets a pizza or ice-cream party!
Make a Difference: Funds raised will purchase life-saving water filters and wells for Rwandan families.
