Hope Springs Africa offers four core programs through our Renewal Hub™, a community center serving ten rural villages. These programs strengthen families, empower youth, and bring stability to the community. Each program meets a real need for the families we serve and helps children build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and create a brighter future.
Our Signature Program
Computer & Digital Skills Program
Program Description
Our Computer & Digital Skills Program is our Renewal Hub's signature program.
It gives school-age children in rural villages their first real opportunity to use computers and build practical digital skills they would not otherwise have access to. Through this program, students grow in confidence and begin to see new possibilities for their education and future.
What Students Learn
• Basic computer skills from the very beginning
• Typing, file management, and safe internet use
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Responsible use of email and social media
• Digital Literacy & introductory AI Skills for advanced students
Why This Matters
For many students in rural communities, access to computers is very limited or nonexistent.
Without these skills, it can be harder to continue education, find certain jobs, or compete globally.
This program helps close that gap.
Students not only learn how to use technology—they begin to see themselves differently: as capable, prepared, and full of potential.

After-School Tutoring Program
Program Description
Students from rural villages come to the Renewal Hub each day for tutoring and academic support. Many school-age children struggle in school because they lack support at home, and this program provides the steady guidance they need to succeed.

Weekly Nutrition Program (Porridge Distribution)
Program Description
Many school‑age children in rural villages rely on school meals as their most dependable source of food. When school closes—on weekends, holidays, and long breaks—hunger rises sharply at home. Our weekly porridge program fills this gap and gives families peace of mind.

Single Mothers Wellness Program
Program Description
Single mothers in rural villages carry heavy responsibilities and often have little support. This program helps mothers grow stronger emotionally, mentally, and practically through faith‑rooted encouragement and community connection.

• Parenting and relationship skills
• Birth‑control education
• Budgeting and financial basics

Our Secondary Initiatives
In addition to our main programs, the Renewal Hub offers a few simple activities that bring people together and support growth. These programs create a space where people can connect, build skills, and spend meaningful time together in a safe and welcoming environment.
Movies: A time to gather, relax, and watch stories that inspire, teach, and bring people together.
Bible Studies: A time to learn about God’s Word, share thoughts, and grow in faith together.
English As A Second Language: A chance to learn and practice English to build confidence and open new opportunities.
