Rhonda G. Mincey, M.Ed., is a visionary leader, global missionary, and award-winning mentor with over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and women’s empowerment. As Founder and CEO of Hope Springs Africa, she leads transformative initiatives that uplift vulnerable communities through education, entrepreneurship, and faith. Doug Mincey
Operations Director

Doug Mincey serves as the Director of Operations for Hope Springs Africa, offering decades of leadership from the military and corporate sectors. With a heart for service and a passion for helping Rwandans rise, Doug oversees planning, systems, and organizational structure. His steady guidance ensures we grow with purpose, integrity, and impact—always keeping the people we serve at the center of the mission.

LeElla Cross
Cultural & Community Ambassador

LeElla Cross serves as our Community & Cultural Ambassador. She helps people feel welcomed, appreciated, and connected to the heart of Hope Springs Africa. She builds relationships with donors, volunteers, and community members through encouragement, gratitude, and shared stories. By helping bridge cultures and highlight the people behind the mission, she brings our work to life in meaningful and personal ways—reminding everyone that hope is built through relationship, respect, and care.

Urbain Toussaint
Digital Media & Communications Strategist

Urbain Toussaint, based in Rwanda, brings our mission to life through powerful visuals and stories. As our go-to creative, he makes sure what we do doesn’t just look good—it makes an impact. From eye-catching graphics to meaningful social media posts, Toussaint helps our community see, feel, and understand the heart behind our work. Whether he’s highlighting a village visit or sharing a story of transformation, he consistently finds ways to connect people, inspire action, and spread hope through every design and message he creates.

Enock Junior
Rwanda Operations Director

Enock Junior, based in Rwanda, serves as the Rwanda Operations Director. He helps bring our mission to life by managing field logistics, translating communications, and ensuring things run smoothly on the ground. Enock also plays a key role in building local partnerships, supporting hiring efforts, and helping us expand to new regions. With his leadership and insight, we're able to stay connected to the communities we serve and make a meaningful, lasting impact.

Jean Claude Dusabe
Strategic Program Advisor

Jean Claude Dusabe, based in Rwanda, serves as the Assistant Impact Director for Azizi Life Impact, a partner nonprofit of Hope Springs Africa. As our Strategic Programs Advisor, he offers trusted guidance in planning, program design, and partnerships. With a heart for impact and a gift for strategy, Jean Claude helps ensure our work is effective, community-driven, and sustainable. His insight strengthens every step we take to bring hope and transformation to Rwanda.

Sam Tuyishime
Videographer & Photographer

Sam Tuyishime is a photographer and videographer based in Kigali, Rwanda, whose work pulses with energy and passion. Sam’s love for storytelling bloomed through capturing different portraits and rural scenes with a secondhand camera at 19. Self-taught and relentless, he turned his passion into a career, earning a certification in photography & videography. When not shooting, Sam’s jamming on his piano or creating some digital instrumentals. Currently, he’s crafting a photo-series on Rwanda’s rural villages.

Kaleigh
Creative Impact Advisor

Kayleigh is a bright and compassionate advocate for change. Her volunteer work with Great Youth Inc. showcased her creativity and heart as she helped create and distribute notes to citizens with enthusiasm and care. Kayleigh is also well-versed in global issues, particularly in Africa, and is driven to raise awareness about these causes. Her innovation, research, and communication strengths make her an invaluable asset to Hope Springs Africa, as she brings a fresh yet informed perspective to projects and contributes meaningfully to the organization's mission.

GiGi Brown
Senior Justice and Advocacy Advisor

Gigi Brown brings over two decades of investigative expertise to Hope Springs Africa’s advisory board. Her career spans roles with the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office and the FBI, where she specialized in prosecuting domestic violence and sexual assault offenders, as well as handling national security and crisis negotiation. Currently, she assists with high-profile class action lawsuits on behalf of abused minors. With a passion for justice and advocacy, Gigi is committed to leveraging her experience to support Hope Springs Africa’s mission of protecting vulnerable populations and driving positive, lasting change.

Inshuti Divine
Discipleship and Ministry Advisor

Inshuti Divine is a a Rwandan advisor to Hope Springs Africa, blending her passion for ministry with seven years of experience in sustainable tourism. As a Sustainable and Responsible Travel Coordinator at Kingfisher Journeys, her dedication to ethical travel aligns with Hope Springs Africa’s mission to protect communities. Inshuti’s faith began in high school, where she embraced Jesus and later served as a pastor. Now focused on discipleship and Gospel ministry, she inspires others. With a Master’s in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Inshuti brings a heart for adventure, community, and positive impact to her role.
