A visionary founder of three nonprofits—Hope Springs Africa, Great Youth, Inc., and Made 2B More, Inc.—Rhonda has dedicated her life to empowering women, youth, and underserved communities through education, faith, and opportunity.
Commissioned as a missionary in 2024, Rhonda’s global mission is fueled by faith and a deep calling to uplift and equip those in developing nations. With over 25 years of leadership experience in nonprofit and business management, she blends heartfelt service with strategic expertise.
