I'm Rhonda, a multi-faceted missionary and the Giver of H.O.P.E. ™. 
 

As the Executive Director at Hope Springs Africa, my mission is to help other people elevate themselves and make a lasting impact on their lives.

My passion is dedicated to providing Healing, Opportunities, Purpose, and Empowerment to vulnerable women and children in developing nations through education, entrepreneurship, and encouragement—creating lasting change that transforms their families' trajectory for generations.

In philanthropy and community enrichment, few individuals have made as profound an impact as Rhonda G. Mincey, a visionary leader and the founder of three remarkable nonprofits: Hope Springs Africa, Great Youth, Inc., and Made 2B More, Inc. With an unyielding commitment to empowering and encouraging others, Rhonda has transformed lives and communities, leaving an indelible mark on the world. A highlight of her journey is her ordination as a minister and missionary from Kingdom Life Christian Fellowship in Savannah, GA, in 2024.
 

Rhonda possesses an extraordinary blend of skills and attributes that have been instrumental in the success of these noble endeavors. Key skill sets include:

  • Leadership: Rhonda is a natural leader who inspires and motivates those around her to strive for excellence. Her ability to chart a course, set goals, and mobilize resources has been the cornerstone of her success.
     

  • Community Engagement: With a keen understanding of community dynamics, Rhonda has engaged with diverse populations, forging meaningful connections that have empowered countless individuals.

  • Philanthropic Expertise: Rhonda has leveraged over 25 years of experience in business and nonprofit management to drive the mission of her organizations efficiently and sustainably. She's a member of Women in Philanthropy, Hilton Head, South Carolina.

  • Education: As a scholar and college professor who specialized in Human Services, Rhonda played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of compassionate professionals. Her teaching equipped students with the knowledge and skills to excel in fields related to community service, public administration, and beyond.
     

Notable accomplishments under Rhonda’s leadership include:
 

  • Scholarships: Great Youth, Inc. has awarded scholarships to college Army ROTC cadets and high school students, empowering them to pursue their dreams and contribute to society.
     

  • Notes of Hope: Her heartwarming project, distributing 2,000 "Notes of Hope" to unsuspecting citizens in Savannah, Georgia, exemplifies her dedication to spreading positivity and fostering a sense of unity.
     

  • Mayoral Recognition: Rhonda's exceptional work earned her a letter of support and appreciation from the Mayor of Savannah, Georgia, highlighting the profound impact of her initiatives.
     

  • Awards and Honors: Her commitment to community service has not gone unnoticed. Rhonda received the Georgia Southern University Service Award and the Pathfinders Award from Turning Broadcasting Station (TBS), underscoring her exceptional contributions.
