Introduction: Welcome to the Volunteer Agreement for Hope Springs Africa. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to fulfill the responsibilities outlined herein as a volunteer with our organization.

Volunteer Responsibilities: As a volunteer with Hope Springs Africa, you are responsible for contributing your time, skills, and efforts towards advancing our mission of bringing hope and transformative change to Rwanda, Africa. This may include participating in community outreach programs, assisting with fundraising initiatives, and supporting our various projects and activities.

Expectations of Conduct: We expect all volunteers to conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and with integrity. This includes treating fellow volunteers, staff members, and community members with kindness and courtesy, adhering to organizational policies and procedures, and positively representing Hope Springs Africa.

Use of Likeness: As a volunteer with Hope Springs Africa, you have the right to control the use of your likeness. By volunteering, you grant us permission to use your likeness (photograph, video, or audio recording) for promotional and marketing purposes. This may include but is not limited to, use on our website, social media channels, printed materials, and presentations. If you have any objections to the use of your likeness, please inform us in writing.

 

Confidentiality: Volunteers may have access to confidential informa​tion about our organization, its beneficiaries, donors, and partners. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information you may encounter during your volunteer work and refrain from disclosing such information to third parties without proper authorization.

Termination of Agreement: Hope Springs Africa reserves the right to terminate this volunteer agreement at any time, with or without cause, at the discretion of the organization. Likewise, volunteers may choose to terminate their commitment to volunteering with us at any time, with proper notice given to the Volunteer Coordinator.

Agreement to Terms: By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Volunteer Agreement. You further affirm your commitment to serving as a volunteer with Hope Springs Africa in accordance with our mission and values.
